Monday Morning Pick-Me-Up: Trolling Saruman

(Just so you know, this was done in advance because I’m in Cambodia and don’t really have time to blog at the moment! I’ll be posting this at 8pmish there/8amish Central Time in the States!)

Okay, we all love Lord of the Rings, and we especially love the “Trololo Song.”
Fun Fact: This is actually a Russian song called “I Am Glad, ‘Cause I’m Finally Returning Back Home” performed by Eduard Khil.

The video was made by the group PistolShrimps, who I’m not familiar with. But they’re Norwegian, their videos look hilarious, and they did a great job editing the LOTR footage and audio to make the two blend wonderfully. I honestly thought this really happened, I mean, Peter Jackson can have a sense of humor, right?

Until then!

Monday Morning Pick-Me-Up: HISHE’s Harry Potter

So, everyone loves Harry Potter, right? Unfortunately, the series is over, but I love finding parodies and continuations like these. HISHE, or How It Should Have Ended, is a YouTube channel devoted to taking the latest and greatest movies and exposing the loopholes and giving them a much simpler ending through fantastic animation, talented voice re-creations, and witty humor.
I couldn’t find their original Harry Potter parody, so I had to use one from a different channel. However, I strongly encourage you to go here to check out all their videos. They’ve covered everything from Lord of the Rings to Bioshock, Texas Chainsaw Massacre to The Wizard of Oz, and Twilight to The Avengers. Go check these guys out and start your Monday off the right way…
Busting a gut and nodding at your computer!

Until then!

Ghost in the Stalls

Hi, WordPress, meet Olan Rogers.

Olan is a YouTuber who spends his time adopting cute pets (a cat named Starscream and a puppy named Tardis), telling wacky stories of his everyday life, and creating incredible, beyond-this-world short films. He has a humongous imagination, a healthy dose of humor, a huge heart, and dashing good looks. Since it’s Monday (and his story takes place on a Monday), I thought this would be a hilarious way to start your week.
